We will meet in remote mode with an appointment a week to learn about some aspects of 100% plant-based natural cuisine.
- November 29: cooking cereals and pseudocereals
- 6 December: sauces, gravies and pesto for the cold months
- December 13: cooking tofu and tempeh
- December 20: vegan sweets
- December 29: homemade breakfasts
You can sign up for the entire course or choose the theme you like best.
It will be possible to follow the entire lesson as a spectator or participate actively, making the recipes live with me.
In fact, it will be possible for me to follow you in detail, giving you the right support if you need it.
A few days before I will send you the shopping list and the utensils you will need to make the dishes.
