Aromatic shrub of which both leaves and berries are used (to make laurel liqueur), it is a plant whose history is intertwined with Greek mythology. Always linked to divinatory principles, in the kitchen we use it not only for its unmistakable aroma, but also for its properties. Laurel has an "essential oil rich in geraniol, terpineol and eucalyptol". It is used in cooking both in leaves and powder.
