Vegan mozzarella

Perfect to enjoy "raw" together with tomatoes, basil and good oil, or to cut into pieces on pizza, here is a version of vegan mozzarella that is easy to self-produce and with a guaranteed result.


Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 20/30 seconds until a smooth mixture is obtained. Transfer everything into a saucepan and place it on the heat. Mix continuously until the dough comes away from the walls. Using an ice cream scoop lightly greased with oil, form the mozzarella and place them in a glass container "dirtied" with a drizzle of oil. Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours before enjoying them.
