2 red potatoes 1 kohlrabi 150 gr of seitan (better if homemade ^^ here, if you have time and desire, you can find a recipe. The video is not the most beautiful I've seen ... but the recipe is explained very well) 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce a mixed spoon of oregano, chili pepper, dry garlic salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil
Method
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan. Wash the potatoes (I used organic potatoes. I washed them very well, using a brush and I kept the peel). Wash and peel the kohlrabi. Thinly slice the potatoes and kohlrabi. When the water boils, boil the kohlrabi for 10 minutes, then drain it and lay it on a clean, dry cloth.
Chop the seitan with a knife, put it in a bowl with the Tamari, a spoonful of oil and the mix of chilli pepper, dried garlic and oregano. Leave to rest for at least half an hour.
Take an ovenproof dish, pour 2 tablespoons of oil and alternate a layer of potatoes, one of kohlrabi, one of minced seitan and proceed until all the ingredients are finished. Salt and pepper each layer and finish with the pumpkin seeds. Cover with aluminum.
Bake in a hot oven, 160 ° C for 40 '. Then remove the cover and close with 5 minutes of grill.
